Day job

What do I do when I'm not writing? I work as a User Experience (UX) designer. It's a trick thing to sum up in a succinct way, but at its most basic, it means understanding how users of a system expect that system to behave and what they want to accomplish by using the system, and then trying to ensure that the system itself behaves in ways that are easy to understand and allow users to successfully achieve their goals.
